Pecan Kernels

The nuts that made Pecan Pie famous

Everyone’s heard of Pecan Pie, but it’s the Pecans that give it its flavour.  NuVitality Pecans are packed with flavour and texture and are a great snack on their own, or add them to salads, pasta or smoothies. Try this.  Create sweet spiced NuVitality Pecans by combining with maple syrup in a bowl.  Mix until coated, oven bake at 180 Degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes until toasted.
