Maple Roasted Pecan Butter


  • 1 ½ cups NuVitality Pecans
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp salt


  1. Place everything into a bowl and combine well, then tip onto a baking paper lined tray and baked at 150 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes
  2. Cool slightly then place roasted nuts into a food processor and blend for 5 minutes on high or until smooth and oily like nut butter
  3. Place into a sterile jar and store in the fridge
