NuVitality Almonds are a nutritionally dense wholefood that are rich in the protein and fibre your body needs to keep going.  Naturally low in salt and sugar, they take on an extra level of flavour once activated. Activated Almonds. Soak in water for 12 hours then dehydrate on the lowest temperature in your oven.  This will take from 6-24 hours depending on the temperature.  The almonds are done when they feel and taste dry.
