Cracked Bourghal Wheat Coarse

The delicious alternative to couscous or rice.

This versatile, Middle Eastern grain, has already been partially cooked, dried and ground, so part of the preparation has been done for you.  It’s tender, chewy texture and light, nutty flavour also makes it a perfect side dish. To prepare:Bring 2 cups of water to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in 1 cup of uncooked NuVitality Bourghal and a pinch of salt.  Cover and let stand for 20 minutes.  Then drain off any excess water, fluff and serve.
