- 1/3 cup NuVitality LSA with Chia
 
- 1/3 cup NuVitality Fibreworks
 
- 1/3 cup NuVitality Linseed Meal
 
- 2 tbs coconut sugar
 
- 3/4 cup wholemeal spelt flour
 
- 1 tsp baking powder
 
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
 
- Pinch of salt
 
- Kale (optional)
