Acai Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ NuVitality Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup acai or blueberry powder (available in health food aisle at supermarkets)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place everything into a bowl and combine well, add a little more water if you’d like a more jelly-like chia pudding.
  2. Set for four hours or overnight and enjoy topped with your favourite fruits.
