Acai Chia Pudding
- ¼ NuVitality Chia Seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup acai or blueberry powder (available in health food aisle at supermarkets)
- Place everything into a bowl and combine well, add a little more water if you’d like a more jelly-like chia pudding.
- Set for four hours or overnight and enjoy topped with your favourite fruits.
