Black Sesame Goji Popcorn Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 ½ cup NuVitality Popcorn, popped
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbs black sesame seeds
  • 3 tbs NuVitality Goji Berries
  • Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, place popcorn, sesame, and gojis.
  2. Then heat honey on medium in a small saucepan. Don’t stir, let it bubble for one minute then remove from heat and pour over the popcorn mixture.
  3. Coat the popcorn mixture well using a plastic spatula.
  4. Once coated, place into the fridge for 5 or so minutes until cool enough to handle.
  5. Wet your hands in a bowl of water and shake off the excess but do not dry. Pick up equal portions of popcorn mixture and press into balls, wetting your hands for each couple of balls so they do not stick to the popcorn.
  6. Repeat until all popcorn is used and serve.
