Healthy Greek Salad with Honeyed Walnuts
INGREDIENTS
Salad
1 cup salad greens
4 cubes feta cheese
4 olives, pitted
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
Dill, oregano and red cress to taste to serve
Honeyed walnuts
¼ cup NuVitality Walnut Halves
1 tbs NuVitality Sunflower Kernals
1 tbs NuVitality Pepitas
1 heaped tsp honey
DIRECTIONS
Place all nuts and seeds into a fry-pan and toast for 2-3 minutes.
Add honey and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the honey turns a darker caramel colour.
Serve on salad while warm.
