				Halloumi Salad with Quinoa, Orange & Roasted Almonds
				
					
				
				INGREDIENTS
				
				
- 2 cups NuVitality Quinoa, cooked and cooled
 
- ¾ cup NuVitality Roasted Almonds, chopped
 
- 1/3 cup continental parsley, roughly torn
 
- Juice and zest of one orange
 
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
 
- 1 tsp salt
 
- Black pepper to taste
 
- 250g Halloumi, sliced
 
	
				 	
				DIRECTIONS
	
				
				
- Place sliced halloumi into a non-stick pan and fry until golden on each side
 
- In another bowl, place all other ingredients and combine well
 
- Serve on plates and top with slices of grilled halloumi
