It’s been a staple ingredient in cooking since Egyptian times and NuVitality Sesame Seeds deliver the distinctive flavour and slight crunch you want for stir fries, curries, savouries, breads, pastries and desserts. Try this –Tahini.Toast 1 cup of NuVitality Sesame Seeds in the oven or stove top.  Allow to cool then grin in a high speed processor to create a thick paste.  Add ½ cup olive oil and process until smooth.  Season to taste.
