Wake up to the great taste of Semolina

Made from Durum Wheat, easily digested, NuVitality Semolina is a great breakfast option.  It’s also a great ingredient to have on hand for cakes, puddings, pasta and couscous. Try this. To make a great tasting, healthy porridge, mix 100g of NuVitality Semolina with 1 litre water or milk.  Bring to the boil, simmer for 10 mins, stirring to avoid lumps and sticking.  It’s ready when it has a creamy texture.  Add salt, vanilla, honey or fresh fruit to flavour.
