Quinoa

Taste the difference this super food ingredient can add to your life.

It’s long been a favourite alternative for those on a gluten-free diet but NuVitality Quinoa is a great option for vegetarians too.  The nutty flavour and rice-like texture makes it perfect for hot and cold dishes – as a stand-alone side dish or delicious ingredient. Try this. Always rinse first. Bring 2 cups of water to the boil and add 1 cup of NuVitality Quinoa.  Reduce heat and simmer covered for 10-15 mins until tender.

Benefits
