Created from cornmeal, NuVitality Polenta helps you create the famous dish that is a staple of Northern Italy.  Served as a replacement for bread or rice or as a side dish for lunch or dinner, it’s equally at home as an alternative to traditional porridge. Try this.  To make creamy polenta, start with 5 parts water to 1 part polenta. Boil water over high heat and gradually whisk in polenta.  Keep whisking and gradually reduce the heat.  Cook for 10 minutes or until soft.  Season and add cream and butter.
