Lemon & Dill Dip
INGREDIENTS
Serves 6 with veggie sticks
1 cup NuVitality Sunflower Kernals
Juice and zest of one large lemon
1 cup water
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red onion, finely diced
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup dill, roughly torn
DIRECTIONS
Place oil, garlic and onion in a fry-pan and sauté on medium for 10 minutes, stirring often, until the onion is cooked through.
Place into a blender or food processor along with all other remaining ingredients and pulse until dip is completely smooth.
Serve with fresh veggies and extra sunflower seeds.
