Chai Teff Porridge
				
					
				
				INGREDIENTS
				
				Serves 1
- 1/3 cup NuVitality Teff
 
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
 
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
 
- 1 tsp ginger, ground
 
- ½ tsp cardamom, ground
 
- ½ tsp cloves, ground
 
- ¼ tsp nutmeg, ground
 
- Pinch of black pepper
 
- Honey to sweeten to taste
 
	
				 	
				DIRECTIONS
	
				
				
- Place everything into a small saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes until the teff seeds are tender.
 
- Serve with warm berries or fresh banana.
