Chai Teff Porridge

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

  • 1/3 cup NuVitality Teff
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp ginger, ground
  • ½ tsp cardamom, ground
  • ½ tsp cloves, ground
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg, ground
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Honey to sweeten to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place everything into a small saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes until the teff seeds are tender.
  2. Serve with warm berries or fresh banana.
